Ingredients
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup caramel bits or soft caramels
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 cups crispy rice cereal (gluten-free if needed)
- 1/2 tsp sea salt (optional)
Instructions
- Melt caramel bits and butter over low heat in a saucepan.
- Stir in chocolate chips until smooth and melted.
- Remove from heat and fold in crispy rice cereal until well coated.
- Scoop mixture onto a parchment-lined tray and flatten slightly.
- Let cool completely at room temperature or chill in fridge for 15 minutes.
