Description

Ingredients
- 2 oz white rum
- 3/4 oz fresh lime juice
- 1/2 oz orange curaçao
- 1/2 oz orgeat syrup (almond syrup)
- 1/2 oz dark rum (floated on top)
- Crushed ice
- Mint sprig and lime wheel, for garnish
Instructions
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add white rum, lime juice, orange curaçao, and orgeat syrup.
- Shake well until chilled.
- Strain into a glass filled with crushed ice.
- Gently float the dark rum on top by pouring it over the back of a spoon.
- Garnish with a mint sprig and lime wheel. Serve immediately.
