Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

- Remove from grill and let rest for 5 minutes, then slice thinly.
- Assemble tacos by placing pork belly slices on warm tortillas.
- Add cabbage slaw, avocado slices, pickled onions, cilantro, and drizzle with spicy aioli.
- Squeeze lime over tacos and serve immediately.
