- 2 cups Cheez-Its (crushed, any flavor)
- 2 large eggs (beaten)
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder (optional)
- Cooking spray or oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F or air fryer to 375°F.
- Crush Cheez-Its and mix with garlic powder if using.
- Pat chicken dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Dip each piece into beaten eggs, then coat with Cheez-It crumbs.
- Place chicken on a baking sheet (or air fryer basket) and spray with oil.
